Ukraine wants to create a “Cyber UN”

Ukraine proposes to create a “Cyber UN” – a global organization that will help exchange information about threats and prepare for future attacks.

Yuriy Shchygol, head of the State Intelligence Service, told about this in an interview with Politico. According to him, the Enemy is combining cyber attacks with missile strikes to terrorize Ukrainians this winter.

“We need a Cyber UN, nations united in cyberspace to protect ourselves, to effectively protect our world for the future, the cyber world and our real, ordinary world.

What we really need in this situation is a center or a place where we can exchange information, support each other and interact,” said Shchygol.

In his opinion, in the future, cyber attacks will become the same, or maybe even more powerful, than ordinary attacks.

“And the consequences of cyberattacks are so great that we should not underestimate them,” he added.
